Exchanges and Returns Policy – X2 Sportswear

At X2 Sportswear, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. For hygiene and safety reasons, exchanges and returns are subject to the following conditions:

Underwear and Swimsuits

Following international hygiene standards and prioritizing the safety of our customers, exchanges for these categories are only accepted in the following cases:

* Manufacturing defects or product imperfections.
* Incorrectly shipped items, where the product received does not match the original order.

For hygiene reasons, exchanges due to size, personal preference, or incorrect product selection are not accepted for underwear and swimsuits.

Sportswear, T-Shirts, and Shorts

For these categories, customers have 8 days from the date of receiving the order to request an exchange for the following reasons:

* Size change.
* Manufacturing defects or product imperfections.
* Incorrectly shipped items, where the product received does not correspond to the order placed.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused, with original tags and packaging.

X2 Sportswear reserves the right to review each exchange request to ensure compliance with these conditions.
